The French Ligue 1 club Rennes has announced the signing of Moroccan international winger Brahim Didiouma on a new contract until 2025.
Dokiouiama, who joined Rennes in 2018 from AS Monaco, made 49 appearances for the team last season, scoring seven goals and providing six assists. He also played a key role in helping Rennes reach the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
The club has also added a 70 million euro release clause to his contract, which will become effective if he leaves Rennes before June 2026.
Dokiouiama's move to Rennes is seen as a significant coup for the club, as it looks to build on its impressive performance last season and compete at the top level of French football.
In addition to his attacking skills, Dokiouiama is known for his versatility, being able to play as a winger or attacking midfielder depending on the game.
Overall, this latest signing by Rennes shows the club's commitment to building a strong squad capable of competing at the highest level of French football.
